These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by DJ Vinny (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services, submitting a form, making a payment, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with booking or payment.

DJ Vinny provides professional DJ and entertainment services for weddings, private events, and other engagements. Specific service details, event dates, times, and pricing will be outlined in your booking agreement, invoice, or written communication.

A booking is not considered confirmed until a deposit has been received and acknowledged by DJ Vinny.

All deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to event cancellation, rescheduling, change of plans, weather conditions, or personal emergencies. The deposit secures your event date and reserves our availability.

Remaining balances, if any, must be paid according to the timeline outlined in your invoice or agreement. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, written notice is required. While deposits are non-refundable, rescheduling may be accommodated at our discretion and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

DJ Vinny reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, emergency, or force majeure). In such cases, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.

Clients agree to provide accurate event details, ensure suitable working conditions at the venue, and comply with venue rules and regulations. Delays or changes caused by the client may affect service delivery and do not warrant refunds.

DJ Vinny maintains professional equipment and backup systems. However, we are not responsible for service interruptions caused by venue limitations, power failures, or factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJ Vinny is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or event dissatisfaction, arising from the use of our services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DJ Vinny may use non-identifying photos or videos from events for promotional or marketing purposes.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates via email or SMS. You may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which DJ Vinny operates.

DJ Vinny reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
